Service and Support
Despite our efforts to offer high performing instruments, at Quantum Zurich we are aware that sometimes electronics parts can fail and that bugs can appear in the software. Fortunately, we can always solve these unexpected hardware/software problems. To do so, we are eager to offer our customers excellent after-sales service and support.
Every purchase of a Quantum Zurich product includes:
1. A warranty for electronic parts and labour on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. This warranty also includes worldwide return shipping.
2. Unlimited downloads and installation of the graphical user interface, including free updates.
3.The FAST Quantum Efficiency measurement system is delivered with a laptop with the instrument control software preinstalled. The system is ready to be used after the different parts are connected. Phone and e-mail technical support is available during setup and qualification.
This standard 1 year warranty for electronic parts and labour on defects in material and workmanship offered for every instrument can be extended up to 4 years in 2 years increments.
Onsite training and setup of the system is not included in our warranty. However, such services may be purchased on a separate basis, including individually tailored services.

All instrument returns for repair require the respective Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Quantum Zurich before they are returned. Please contact us first and you will receive an RMA number and additional instructions.
