Warranty

Every purchase of a Quantum Zurich product includes:

1. A warranty for electronic parts and labour on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year.

2. Unlimited downloads and installation of the graphical user interface, including free updates.

3.The FAST Quantum Efficiency measurement system is delivered with a laptop with the instrument control software preinstalled. The system is ready to be used after the different parts are connected. Online technical support is available during setup and qualification.

Additional Services

Onsite training and setup of the system is not included in our warranty. However, such services may be purchased on a separate basis, including individually tailored services.
